What is Mercury?

X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, CSV, MILS, and UDF.
Do we need EDI specialists?
No. Everything reads in plain language, and mappings are built from descriptions.
Which IBM Sterling products does Insight cover?
IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and IBM Sterling File Gateway. File Gateway installs on top of B2B Integrator. Insight covers both.
Can Insight change our production environment?
No. It's read-only by design.
How do I know an answer is right?

Is ChainSight a blockchain application?
It's an operational intelligence platform. Blockchain records custody, certifications, approvals, and audits. AI does the rest.
