Query any part of your live Sterling deployment — partner configs, business processes, certificates, schedules — and get an answer with the exact source records it came from. If there isn't enough evidence to answer confidently, Mercury Insight says so instead of guessing.

Reconstruct any transaction across every log and record.
Give Mercury Insight a workflow ID, document ID, AS2 message ID, or even just a filename — it correlates the full transaction across databases, ELK logs, and archived files to show you exactly what happened and why.
Worked example: paste in a failed document's ID → Mercury Insight returns the full path it took through business processes, maps, and adapters, with the exact failing step highlighted and the log line that explains it.

A background process continuously looks for database tables in your environment that aren't wired in yet, and proposes what they're for. Nothing is auto-adopted — every hypothesis sits in a review queue until a human confirms it.
This means Mercury Insight's coverage keeps pace with custom tables, third-party add-ons, and schema changes over time, without waiting on a product update from us.
